in competitive product evaluations (“bake-offs”),
solution presentations, and proofs of
concept (POCs). |

detailed technical product expertise to
support “deep dive” evaluation
and its architecture, by both enterprise
architects, application developers, and
operations staff. Note: Evaluations are
often “hands on.” |
